Were recruiting for a Territory Sales Manager to cover the Northern region for a well-established ophthalmic medical device company. This is a high-autonomy role within a flat, non-corporate structure with no micromanagement – just trust and ownership.

Youll be responsible for selling surgical ophthalmic products into hospitals and clinics across Manchester, Leeds, and Liverpool, building strong relationships with surgeons, theatre teams, and procurement. The territory is yours to grow and manage like your own business.

• Sell surgical ophthalmic products into hospitals and clinics across Manchester, Leeds, and Liverpool.
• Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, theatre teams, and procurement.
• Own territory growth and management within a flat, non-corporate structure.

• Ideally experienced in medical device sales.
• Open to science or life science graduates with unrelated sales experience.
• Strong track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Organised, self-motivated, and commercially minded.
