Night Care Worker

Location: Bury, Whitefield, Prestwich, Manchester.
Hours: 12‑hour shifts | Night shifts | Weekend availability

At Complex Care Professionals, we specialise in providing high‑quality home care that’s tailored to each individual’s unique needs. This includes everything from personal care and medication support to assistance with mobility, nutrition, and promoting independence.

In this role, you’ll be working directly with clients in their own homes during the night, ensuring they are safe, comfortable, and supported. You’ll be a trusted presence, helping them live with dignity and peace of mind, while making their nights more restful and secure.

• Provide personal care and support, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Administer medication as prescribed and monitor for any changes in health or behaviour.
• Assist with mobility and transfers, including heavy lifting when required.
• Prepare light meals/snacks and ensure dietary needs are met.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment by following hygiene standards.
• Keep accurate records and report any concerns or changes in condition.

• At least 6 months of previous care experience.
• A valid driving licence is preferred for travel to Bury, Whitefield, Prestwich, and surrounding areas.
• Excellent communication skills and a compassionate, patient approach.
• Flexibility to work evenings, nights, and weekends when needed.
