We are recruiting an exceptional Spa Supervisor to join our team at King Street Townhouse Hotel and Spa in Manchester.

Main Duties of the role

• Monitor spa and treatment standards and implement corrective action/training where required.
• Support the spa manager in all tasks set.
• Support the spa manager in driving the team's performance.
• Deliver exceptional treatments and host spa guests with professionalism.
• Maintain high standards of presentation and cleanliness at all times.
• Deliver brand standards.
• Ordering and stock taking.
• Booking clients and taking phone calls.
• Achieve treatment and retail targets.
• Possess extensive knowledge of our brands.
• NVQ level 3 beauty therapy or equivalent.
• Previous beauty therapy experience in a 5‑star/luxury background.
• Natural leadership qualities.

Requirements

• Specific experience within a spa/health club environment.
• Qualified to NVQ level 3 or equivalent.
• Experience with ESPA and Elemis preferred but not essential.
• Impeccable attention to detail and customer service experience.
• Proven experience working as part of a successful team with excellent interpersonal skills.

Primary Role Responsibilities

• Monitor and uphold spa and treatment standards, implementing training as necessary.
• Support the Spa Manager in daily tasks and driving team performance.
• Deliver exceptional treatments and host spa guests with utmost professionalism.
• Maintain high standards of presentation and cleanliness.
• Adhere to brand standards and ensure compliance.
• Manage ordering and stock taking.
• Handle client bookings and phone inquiries.
• Achieve treatment and retail targets.
• Command extensive knowledge of our brands.
• Conduct team training and inductions.

Applicant Requirements

• Specific experience in a spa/health club environment.
• Qualified to NVQ level 3 in beauty therapy or equivalent.
• Training in ESPA products and treatments or similar.
• Impeccable attention to detail with a strong customer service background.
• Proven ability to work as part of a successful team with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Natural leadership qualities.
