Eden Brown are seeking a highly experienced Housing Officer on a 12 month Fixed Contract situated in Manchester.
The role will involve hybrid work 2-3 days at home or in the office.
Responsibilities- Providing a frontline service to a portfolio of tenants across Manchester
- Dealing with Allocations and Lettings
- Tenancy Sustainment
- Safeguarding, Domestic Abuse and Community Safety
- Environmental issues i.e. fly tipping, garden issues
Due to the nature of this role, interested candidates must have extensive Housing Management experience.
You must have access to a car.
