We’re looking for a newly qualified finance graduate to join our growing finance team — someone eager to start their career, learn quickly and help us build smarter financial processes as we scale. This is an entry-level opportunity designed for a recent finance, accounting or business graduate looking to start their first role in industry.

• Assist with day-to-day finance operations including invoices, purchase orders and expense processing
• Support accounts payable and receivable processes
• Process and reconcile accounts payable and receivable
• Support UK payments as processes transition
• Support month-end close processes, including bank reconciliations
• Process and reconcile supplier invoices and statements
• Assist with cash monitoring
• Maintain and improve financial spreadsheets
• Support finance team with month-end processes
• Contribute to improving financial systems and processes as the business grows
• Help the team with the accounts reconciliation.
• Communicate to the wider team about the media plans

• Recent graduate in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or related field
• Looking for their first full-time role in finance
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Good Excel / spreadsheet skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent organisation and time management
• A proactive mindset and willingness to learn

• Internship, placement year or part-time experience in finance
• Familiarity with accounting software (e.g. Xero, Sage, Net Suite)
• Interest in working in media, marketing or creative industries

• Structured on-the-job learning in a commercial finance environment
• Exposure to agency financial operations and client revenue models
• Mentoring from experienced finance leaders
• Opportunity to pursue professional finance qualifications (ACCA / CIMA / ACA support where applicable)
• Work within a collaborative, fast-growing agency environment
