Mortgage Advisor - Swinton

PRIMIS Mortgage Network are seeking experienced Mortgage & Protection Advisors to join a well established, Premiership status Appointed Representative Partner Firm (AR) of PRIMIS Mortgage Network’s Mortgage Advisory operation.

The PRIMIS partner firm is a 150 advisor Mortgage and Protection business that works alongside contracted Estate Agency partners nationwide, including Your Move, Reeds Rains, Hunters, Whitegates, Davis Tate, Hawes and Co and Intercounty.

This role supports the Your Move estate agency businesses in Swinton. The positions available are either full office working or hybrid working.

Base salary for the employed role is between £30,000 and £35,000, negotiable, with an OTE of £70,000+.

Should the advisor prefer the self‑employed role, then the splits are 70% on self‑generated leads with the leads provided percentage at 45%.

We are only looking for CAS existing Mortgage and Protection advisors with broking experience for this location.
