Description

This is a fantastic opportunity for a tax professional who enjoys working with both corporate and personal tax clients. You’ll manage a diverse portfolio, provide expert tax advice, and ensure compliance for a range of businesses and individuals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a portfolio of clients, providing tax services that meet and exceed their expectations.
  • Working with SME limited companies, larger partnerships, and high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) on detailed and complex tax issues, including CGT, IHT, personal, and business tax planning.
  • Building strong client relationships to deliver innovative and forward-thinking solutions.
  • Supporting the development of junior team members, mentoring them and reviewing their work.
  • Ensuring all deliverables are completed within agreed time frames and budgets.
  • Representing Xeinadin professionally, both internally and externally, through appearance, conduct, and attitude.
  • Keeping up to date with changes in tax legislation to ensure clients receive the best possible advice.

    • Key Requirements

    • Ideally ACA/ACCA/ATT/CTA qualified
    • Solid experience in both corporate and personal tax

    Additional Requirements

    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-centric approach.
    • Proven ability to manage and mentor team members.
    • A proactive and commercially minded outlook.
    • Competent in using relevant tax software and tools.
