Marc Daniels Specialist Recruitment is partnering with a leading FMCG business to recruit a Controls and Compliance Accountant on a permanent basis. This is a great role for a qualified or final-stage accountant who enjoys controls, compliance and working with a range of stakeholders across finance and the wider business. Support the design, implementation and review of internal controls across the business p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0'>
Help complete group financial control questionnaires and follow up actions p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0'>
Work with Internal Audit to resolve audit findings in a timely way p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0'>
Support non-financial reporting, ensuring data used for reporting is accurate and well controlled p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0'>
Help drive awareness of compliance topics such as Anti-Bribery & Corruption and Data Protection p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0'>
Assist with international VAT returns, working with external advisors where needed
