Associate, Client Processing Representative

This role is a Cash Processing/Funds Transfer Representative responsible for transaction processing activities across asset transfer capture and repair.
Responsibilities- Manage and maintain transaction processing activities across asset transfer capture and repair.
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure accurate and timely execution of transactions.
- Address and resolve client inquiries related to transactions, ensuring high‑quality service delivery.
- Support the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency and controls.
- Share knowledge and provide guidance to less experienced team members to help them grow.
- Ability to work with precision and ownership in a high‑volume environment.
- Clear, inclusive communication and a commitment to client service.
- Proactive problem‑solving and willingness to learn new tools, including AI‑enabled solutions.
- Teamwork mindset with curiosity to improve processes.
- Experience in transaction management within financial services operations or wealth operations preferred.
- High school/secondary education or equivalent experience required;
Bachelor’s degree welcomed but not mandatory. - Several years of total work experience helpful; values transferable skills and diverse experiences.
- Demonstrable interest in continuous learning and process improvements, including the use of digital tools and AI.
