• Inputting and logging all customer information
• Placing customers with a lender that is closest to their needs
• Working to and achieving set KPI’s and targets whilst adhering to all compliance
• Providing excellent customer service and making sure customers are happy

• Strong experience within the mortgage industry and can demonstrate knowledge
• Fully CeMap qualified or progressing through qualifications
• Organised with great attention to detail
• Great time management and ability to prioritise urgent tasks
• Clear communication, interpret customer responses and provide a fab service
