Reconciliations Operations Administrators

Reconciliations Operations Administrators – Manchester Atrium EMEA are looking for several Operations Administrators to support a client in Manchester with reconciliations and operational processing for the Wealth Services platform. You will validate and execute financial transactions, maintain accurate client records and transaction data and perform daily reconciliations as well as partner closely with client relationship managers, other Operations teams and Wealth Services platform experts to enable the group to be more for our clients.

Onsite role 4 days a week and 1 day remote. 12mths FTC/ PAYE. Essential: A strong interest in Operations, which unifies key functions into a global team to better support our business and clients worldwide. Financial services/Insurance sector experience Previous experience working in a busy environment, with tight deadlines Good attention to detail and data precision Any knowledge across financial reports, trade data, wealth, securities, trade processing and reconciliation/reconciling data – helpful An understanding that Operations oversees investment monitoring, measurement, and processing services for our clients.
