What you’ll own as the Financial Analyst Senior Specialist

This role is responsible for overseeing day‑to‑day data analytics that support the strategic objectives of our Global Revenue Operations team. You’ll partner with cross‑functional teams to deliver complex analytics and high‑value insights that shape decision‑making across financial work streams.

The successful candidate will design reporting solutions, develop control and monitoring tools, and create dashboards that enhance colleague performance and support incentive programmes.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and implement advanced SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyse data from various sources.
• Assists business analysts with finding patterns and relationships in data across revenue, collections and assurance.
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards, ensuring data is presented visually clearly and effectively.
• Work across a broad range of stakeholders to identify analytical needs.
• Present your analysis and dashboards to senior leadership, driving and influencing decision making.

What you’ll bring:

• 3+ years related experience, working with varied and complex data
• Advanced SQL skills
• Experience using visualization tools including Tableau
• Experience working with large datasets and knowledge of database management systems.
• Statistical Analysis:
  Good knowledge of statistical concepts and methodologies to support data-driven insights.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Support with ad‑hoc projects
