We’re recruiting an Accounts Payable Manager to oversee the full AP function for a well established business. If you're organised, detail focused, and confident managing invoices, supplier relationships, and payment cycles, this role could be a great next step. This role will be hybrid in the Manchester area and offers a salary up to £33,000 dependent on experience.
Key Responsibilities- Process and authorise supplier invoices
- Maintain accurate VAT treatment
- Supplier account setup and statement reconciliations
- Manage intercompany invoices
- Handle supplier queries and run payment cycles
- Process staff expenses and company credit card reconciliations
- Support month end reporting
- Strong accounts payable experience
- Experience with PO systems (advantageous)
- Good Excel and MS Office skills
- Excellent attention to detail and communication
- Ability to prioritise and work independently
