Hybrid Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker – Sale & Didsbury – High Earnings

Cameron James Professional Recruitment is currently recruiting for a high-calibre Hybrid Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker to join a successful estate agency and mortgage group across Sale & Didsbury.

Working within two premium branches in affluent areas, this role offers high-value mortgage cases, excellent lead flow, and outstanding earning potential.

Package

* Basic salary up to £35,000 (incl. car allowance)

* OTE £75,000+

The Opportunity

* Work across two established estate agency branches

* High-value properties and HNW clients

* Average case size £2,500

* 8–10 mortgage sign-ups per month

* Strong protection conversion

* Overflow leads from wider Manchester network

Duties

* Provide mortgage & protection advice

* Conduct appointments face-to-face and remotely

* Convert introducer leads

* Build branch relationships

* Manage pipeline and compliance

Requirements

* CeMAP qualified

* CAS status

* Mortgage advisor/broker experience

* Relationship driven

* Professional and ambitious

* Commutable to Sale & Didsbury
