Overview
Location:
Manchester, United Kingdom – EMEA Compliance Services team.
The Compliance Services Specialist will manage daily client deliverables, support client inquiries, and collaborate with other business lines to resolve issues and enhance client satisfaction.
The ImpactOversee client portfolios to ensure day‑to‑day deliverables are achieved and maintain high service standards.

- Interact with clients and stakeholders across the financial industry

- Generate and manage day‑to‑day deliverables for clients, primarily capital management firms.
- Reconcile key data points with trustees.
- Produce compliance test results and compare them to monthly trustee reports, researching variances.
- Monitor cash collection, payment, and reserve accounts to ensure proper processing.
- Manage inquiries regarding collateral attributes and transactions, facilitating workflow and resolution between internal groups.
- Complete special projects as assigned.
- Travel as required.
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Accounting or Finance preferred). - 3+ years in financial services, preferably with functional knowledge of CLOs.
- Banking or investment industry experience.
- Customer relations experience.
