• Supervising a small team of Dealing Support employees
• Ensuring all BAU tasks are completed on time and in line with the SLD
• Acting as the day‑to‑day liaison and point of contact on all Dealing Support matters
• Proactively setting up static data in order for Fund Dealing STP to operate at the highest level
• Processing and tracking Alternative Fund Deals that do not flow through the deal book
• Co‑ordinating reconciliations and ensuring that all daily and other breaks are resolved within required timescales
• Responding to client and FM/TA queries in a timely manner
• Co‑ordinating all internal deal submissions to facilitate the correction of internal/client errors
• Regularly monitoring inbox for client cancellation requests
• Processing re‑opens for clients needing to amend trades
• Acting as cover for sourcing fund prices
• Testing for releases, functional changes, and ad‑hoc testing which can include weekend and early morning tests
• Ensuring the team’s procedures are reviewed and accurately updated

• Experience of team and performance management
• Skilled in Microsoft Excel, including confident use of formulas, lookups and pivot tables
• Experience producing documentation of a management standard and running initiatives/responsibilities independently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and experience of phone‑based liaison
