Our client is seeking a proactive and commercially minded Redemptions Manager to play a key role in overseeing and optimising the loan redemption process within a specialist bridging lending environment.

This is a highly detail-driven yet outward-facing role, focused on managing redemptions efficiently, maintaining strong relationships with solicitors and brokers, and ensuring accurate, timely exits that support sustainable business performance.

The successful candidate will take ownership of redemptions from request through to completion, acting as a key point of control and communication across internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage the end-to-end loan redemption process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness throughout

* Produce and issue redemption statements in line with agreed SLAs

* Liaise with solicitors, borrowers, brokers, and internal teams to progress redemptions smoothly

* Ensure correct calculation of interest, fees, default charges, and extensions

* Handle partial redemptions, extensions, and complex or non-standard exits

* Oversee the release of charges and completion of post-redemption requirements

* Maintain accurate records and ensure systems are kept up to date

* Identify issues, mitigate risk, and resolve discrepancies efficiently

* Contribute to continuous improvement of redemption processes and controls

Candidate Profile

* Proven experience in redemptions, loan servicing, or post-completions within bridging or specialist lending

* Strong understanding of redemption statements, legal processes, and lender requirements

* Commercially aware, with the ability to balance customer experience and risk

* Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working under pressure

* Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with legal professionals

* Experience managing or supporting junior team members is advantageous
