A well-established commercial finance provider is looking for a confident, customer-focused Client Executive to join its growing Manchester team. Specialising in flexible funding solutions for small and medium-sized businesses, the firm supports clients across Asset Finance, Invoice Finance, Business Loans, Vehicle Finance and Asset-Based Lending.

The Role Working within the Invoice Finance team, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys being at the heart of client relationships. You’ll play a key part in delivering a high-quality service experience, supporting clients day-to-day while working closely with Relationship Managers to ensure funding runs smoothly and compliantly.
This is a great opportunity for a client-facing professional who enjoys problem-solving, building trust, and acting as a key point of contact for customers.
Key Responsibilities
Build strong, trusted relationships with clients and their teams, delivering a consistently high level of service
Act as a day-to-day point of contact, ensuring clients feel supported, informed and confident in the service provided
Monitor client accounts and ledgers, managing funding limits, assignments and concentration levels in line with internal policies
Identify potential risks, compliance issues or service concerns and escalate appropriately to Relationship Managers
Support Relationship Managers by preparing funding and payment proposals within agreed credit authorities
Carry out customer verification and credit control activities in line with company procedures
Liaise with clients to collect, review and process documentation efficiently and accurately
Maintain clear, accurate records of all client activity for audit and follow-up purposes
Assist with onboarding new clients and supporting New Business and Management teams
Provide cover for colleagues when required, ensuring continuity of service
Skills & Attributes
Confident, professional communicator with strong written and verbal skills
Naturally customer-focused with the ability to build rapport and trust
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
A team player who enjoys working collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders Experience
At least 2 years’ experience in a customer- or client-facing office-based role
Experience with in financial services is advantageous, but not essential- an interest in finance and client relationship management is key! | Client Management | Client Services | Customer Relations | Financial Services
