Senior Manager, Tax Advisory

reorganisations, share schemes, property structuring, shareholder exits, family investment companies, inheritance tax planning and more. We're expanding due to growing demand and are now looking for a Senior Manager to join our team.

• Lead and deliver complex tax advisory projects from scoping to implementation.
• Provide expert technical advice in areas such as reorganisations, property structuring, or shareholder exits.
• Work directly with clients, ensuring advice is practical, clearly communicated, and effectively executed.
• Build strong, trusted relationships with entrepreneurs and owner‑managed businesses.
• Contribute to service development through webinars, technical content, and thought leadership.
• Mentor and support junior team members, helping to develop a strong, collaborative team culture.

• A qualified tax professional (CTA, ACCA, ACA, ICAS or former HMRC Inspector).
• Additional Requirements:
  
  Keen to deepen your advisory expertise and enjoy working closely with clients.
• Confident taking ownership of projects and delivering high‑quality technical work.
• Experienced in working with SMEs, entrepreneurs or OMBs (advantageous).
• Commercially minded, proactive, and comfortable building strong client relationships.
• A strong communicator with excellent analytical and report‑writing skills.
