Position: Finance Graduate 2026 Cohort (September 26 start)

Our three-year Finance Scheme offers a varied and rewarding in-house training programme designed to develop you into a confident, well‑rounded finance professional. Throughout the programme, you will complete a minimum of three 12‑month rotations across a range of teams, including Commercial, Central, Transactional, Group, and Operations Finance. From day one, you will take on real responsibility and contribute to meaningful projects, gaining hands‑on experience across our digital ecosystem.

You will work with automation, advanced analytics, and AI‑enabled tools while developing both technical expertise and commercial insight. The programme requires you to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, alongside a strong commitment to studying toward your professional accounting qualification. You will be fully supported by THG as you balance on‑the‑job learning with your studies.

Qualifications and Expectations
  • Top‑level graduate, looking to start work after graduation in Summer 2026.
  • Graduating from a degree in Accountancy and Finance/Maths/Economics/Business (or related subjects).
  • Ideally have a year in industry experience in a relevant finance‑based role.
  • Commercially astute, ambitious, and highly intelligent individuals who are hungry for success and genuine responsibility.
  • Must be highly numerate with experience working in Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Personal characteristics: ambitious, top‑level graduates with a passion for ecommerce, retail and digital transformation; excited about AI and data analytics; ready to embrace a fast‑paced, innovative culture.
