Client Services Executive – Payments / Treasury
Location:
Manchester (hybrid working – 4 days onsite)
- Servicing clients across the Central and Continental Europe
- Serve as the main contact for day-to-day client inquiries and will manage different types of investigations including resolutions on specific products such as payment, trade or any other product/service issues.
- Provide functional support to internal clients including data collection and preparing reports for AML/KYC compliance information on clients
- You will also provide day to day servicing support to Treasury Services Relationship Management and maintain positive client experience to our existing and potential new clients
- Client Servicing experience within Financial Services
- Experience of correspondent banking or understanding of the payments product and life cycle
- Experience of discussing client digital solutions to clients
