As an R&D Tax Manager, you will:

• Lead and deliver R&D tax credit claims for a varied client base.
• Advise on complex technical and financial aspects of R&D tax legislation.
• Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities for additional advisory services.
• Mentor and develop junior team members, sharing your expertise.

• ACA/CTA qualified (or equivalent) or from an Engineer/ Science background with solid experience in R&D tax incentives.
• Strong technical knowledge and ability to manage projects independently.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, collaborative approach.
