Finance Business Partner - Special Projects (Exit Readiness Opportunity) - Hybrid Ideal Role for Transaction Services / M&A professional The CompanyThis private equity backed, international life sciences business (EBITDA c.£60m) supplies mission-critical tools and solutions into high-growth healthcare and applied markets. Operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, the business has strong growth ambitions and is preparing for its next phase.
The RoleReporting to the Finance Director (Special Projects) with a dotted line to the Business Unit Finance Director, this is a pivotal role in preparing the business for exit readiness. You will coordinate and deliver all finance inputs required for investor due diligence, working closely with senior leaders, finance teams and external advisors.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building a detailed 5-year forecast model linked to historical performance.
- Analysing and explaining financial trends across all statements and sites.
- Supporting value-creation strategies in e-commerce, product innovation and site footprint.
- Preparing commercial due diligence data, headcount/cost analysis, and M&A track record.
- Providing accurate, timely responses to investor Q&A.
You will be a qualified accountant with strong M&A and due diligence experience. The role will particularly suit an experienced Transaction Services or Corporate Finance professional, either directly from practice or already in industry.
