The role
This section describes a future team member for the role of Associate, Operations Client Service Representative to join our Wealth Services Operations team. This role is based in Manchester. BNY’s Wealth Services platform is a dynamic, next-generation ecosystem that leverages advanced data analytics, intuitive digital tools, and seamless third-party integrations to streamline operations and empower advisors to deliver personalized, world-class wealth experiences at scale.

Responsibilities
  • Independently assist clients by responding to complex phone, email, and other inquiries regarding company products, services, and procedures.
  • Provide clear, empathetic guidance on product features and technical assistance for issues escalated by teammates, resolving the most complex cases.
  • Research and resolve operational or client issues end-to-end; identify trends and propose data-driven solutions to prevent recurrence.
  • Collaborate across teams to share status updates on problem resolution and outstanding issues; direct inquiries to the right resources at BNY.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by suggesting ideas that enhance efficiency, client experience, and risk controls; support implementation of process changes.
What Will Help You Succeed
  • Experience in financial services operations, wealth operations, or client service.
  • Confidence working with client inquiries, operational processes, and issue resolution in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills with a client-obsessed mindset; able to explain complex topics in simple, inclusive language.
  • Curiosity and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze trends and recommend improvements.
  • Comfort with digital tools and learning new systems quickly; attention to detail and ownership mindset.
Qualifications
  • High school/secondary school or equivalent experience required;
    Bachelor’s degree welcomed but not mandatory.
  • Several years of total work experience helpful; we value diverse paths and transferable skills.
