Based:
Manchester centre, hybrid working 3 days in the office 2 from home

Salary: up to £55k dependent on experience + bonus + benefits + progression

As part of their ongoing growth, we are now seeking a talented Finance Business Partner to join their dynamic Manchester team. This role is ideal for a driven finance professional who enjoys working at pace, solving complex challenges, and providing the financial insight that drives strong strategic decision-making.

Role
  • Lead a small finance team, ensuring accounts are completed accurately and on time.
  • Business partnering with senior Directors – managing revenue streams, invoicing, and revenue recognition. Financial modelling for future
  • Leading monthly forecast meetings, reviewing budgets and presenting to the SLT
  • Project work – involvement & finance lead on a number of process/improvement & efficiency projects whilst also implementing new AI functions & tech to advance business processes
  • Oversee cash management, including supplier payments, customer collections, bank reconciliations, and weekly cash flow forecasting.
  • Maintain expenditure records and accurately code invoices.
  • Perform month-end reviews and prepare group management accounts, providing detailed analysis and recommendations.
  • Prepare and review quarterly VAT returns.
  • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and year-end accounts, managing the audit process.
