Corporate Finance Executive

Position: Corporate Finance Executive - Award Winning Team
SJC Partners is recruiting a Corporate Finance Executive on behalf of an award-winning mid-market advisory firm with a strong reputation in the North-West deals market.

The team has successfully completed a wide range of buy and sell-side mandates (typically £10m-£50m) and maintains a strong pipeline of exciting opportunities. They are seeking an Executive to take a central role across multiple transactions in Manchester in 2026 and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting on disposal and acquisition projects
• Preparing Information Memoranda and business plan narratives
• Utilising research databases for acquirer research, business development, and wider project work
• Conducting financial modelling and preparing financial forecasts
• Investigating opportunities for acquisitive clients and liaising with them
• Networking with the business community across the North West

Candidate Profile:

We are looking for fully qualified candidates with the traits of a corporate financier: commercial awareness, strong negotiation skills, sales flair, and an appreciation of the 'art of the deal'.
