Overview

Financial Controller | Temp to Perm | Remote

A dynamic and fast-paced business is looking for a technically strong Financial Controller to lead its core finance operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring financial integrity, compliance, and cashflow stability.

• Lead statutory reporting and manage external/internal audits
• Maintain balance sheet accuracy and oversee tax compliance (VAT, Corporation Tax, NI/PAYE)
• Manage cashflow forecasting and optimise working capital
• Oversee invoicing and revenue reporting processes
• Line manage AP and AR Managers, driving team performance

• ACA, ACCA, ACMA qualified with strong technical accounting skills
• Proven experience managing finance operations and leading teams
• Excellent cashflow forecasting and financial control capabilities
• Strong communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Commercially aware, proactive, and solutions-focused
