As a Mortgage and Protection Advisor, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing expert, tailored advice to clients on mortgage products.
• Guiding clients through the mortgage application process.
• Ensuring clients make informed decisions based on their individual circumstances.
• Working closely with the estate agency to manage appointments and leads.
• Maintaining upto‑date knowledge of financial services and mortgage products.
• Collaborating with back office and administration teams for support.
• Developing your career with potential managerial opportunities.

• Annual salary of £35,000 to £45,000.
• Uncapped OTE potential of £70,000 £ 80,000+.
• Flexibility for hybrid working.
• Self employed options with retainer.

• CeMap qualification and CAS status.
• Proven track record in a similar role, ideally within Estate Agency or historic experience.
• Strong understanding of financial services and mortgage products.
• Excellent communication and client management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Motivation to achieve and exceed targets.
