This is a new position due to expansion, where you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality financial insights, strengthening reporting processes, and actively contributing to future business performance.

• Lead on the monthly management accounts process and support continuous improvement of financial reporting
• Deliver insightful performance analysis and commentary, highlighting variances to budget
• Support preparation of annual budgets, rolling forecasts and KPI reporting
• Maintain strong cashflow oversight and help inform commercial decision‑making
• Ensure accurate and consistent financial data across internal systems
• Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, to ensure compliance and(attributes) and a smooth period‑end cycle

• PQ/Finalist, studier or qualified (CIMA/ACCA/ACA)
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and challenge effectively
• Strong Excel capability and confidence in presenting.logout financial information
• A driven, proactive mindset with the desire to grow and progress with the business

• £45,000 salary
