As a Tax Manager, you’ll be a key member of our experienced Tax Advisory team, delivering high-quality advice to a diverse portfolio of clients. You’ll work closely with our Tax Directors and Senior Managers, supporting business owners with a wide range of tax planning and advisory services. Your responsibilities will include:

• Advising on acquisitions, disposals, share schemes, employee ownership trusts, reorganisations, in corporations, and remuneration planning
• Managing HMRC enquiries and investigations, including reviewing junior team members’ work
• Providing technical support to our network of smaller accountancy firms
• Supporting the development, training, and mentoring of junior team members
• Contributing to a collaborative, fast-paced, and client-focused environment

• ACCA/ACA/CTA qualification with at least 3 years’ post-qualification experience in tax
• Strong experience advising owner-managed businesses on a range of tax issues
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, client-first mindset
• Confidence in managing complex projects and working collaboratively across teams
• A passion for mentoring and developing others
• Exposure to VAT is a bonus, but not essential
• A desire to challenge yourself and contribute to a growing, innovative firm
