Assistant Management Accountant supporting the Finance Team, based in Trafford Park, Manchester. Full support of the busy finance department ensuring accurate and timely management accounts and line‑management of a small team.

• Support the continuous improvement of month‑end processes
• Responsible for all HMRC & statutory filings including VAT returns & PAYE submissions
• Oversee worldwide tax and regulatory compliance
• Assist on reporting contribution by location
• Support on Business Partnering departments across the business
• Support with statutory accounts
• Manage and submit UK and EU tax returns
• Conduct balance sheet reconciliations
• Prepare monthly Group Management Accounts & Board Pack submission to stakeholders
• Provide ad‑hoc reporting and analysis
• Support annual financial audit

• CIMA, ACA or ACCA qualified
• Advanced Excel skills
• Minimum 5 years’ finance or industry departmental experience
• Ability to meet deadlines and deliver quality work with colleagues
• Results‑driven and detail‑oriented
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills
