An opportunity has arisen within a Top 10 accountancy firm for an experienced Corporate Tax Senior Manager or Associate Director to join a high‑profile, fast‑growing Tax practice based in either Liverpool or Manchester office.

You will be advising ambitious, entrepreneurial businesses ranging from start‑ups and scale‑ups through to large UK groups and international organisations.

Location:

Liverpool or Manchester.

• Lead and oversee the delivery of complex corporate tax compliance and advisory work
• Act as a trusted adviser to a portfolio of high‑growth and high‑profile corporate clients
• Provide technical leadership across areas such as corporation tax, group structures, R&D and capital allowances
• Review and sign off corporate tax computations, returns and statutory tax disclosures
• Support and mentor Managers and Seniors, contributing to team development

• Ideally ACA / ACCA / CTA qualified (or equivalent)
• Extensive experience in Corporate Tax within practice
• Operating at Senior Manager or Associate Director level, or ready to step up
• Strong technical knowledge with the ability to apply legislation pragmatically
