Reporting to the Risk & Compliance Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring key risks are identified, assessed, and well controlled across the business. You'll support teams through ongoing change, helping the organisation achieve its strategic objectives while keeping customer outcomes at the centre of decision‑making. • Provide assurance that key risks are identified and that effective mitigation controls are in place and operating well.
• Apply risk management expertise to help strengthen the enterprise‑wide risk framework.
