Specialist Recruitment Consultants to the Automotive Industry Overview
Description Banking Accounts Assistant to work in a very busy environment to deal with cash books and reconciliations. You will have extensive banking experience within a motor retail environment and Kerridge skils
Responsibilities- Collect PDQ slips and daily spreadsheet, notify any fines due to missing slips.
- Post Daily PDQs, ensure any queries are dealt with and resolved; bank cash and cheques.
- Match vehicle debtor debits and credits; resolve queries and action, distribute debit list.
- Process credit card refunds, other reconciliation as required.
- Holiday cover of other accounts roles and other accounts ad hoc taks as required.
You will have attention to detail, collate and record information accurately and maintain accurate records. You will be enthusiastic, self-motivated, committed, have flexible approach and a positive attitude.
