Join PwC in our deals practice, focusing on advisory solutions in mergers & acquisitions, divestitures, restructuring, and debt capital markets. As a senior manager, you will lead mid‑market debt transactions, providing strategic advice to CFOs, CEOs, sponsors, and other stakeholders while driving new business opportunities in the region.

Lead the structuring, negotiation and execution of debt financing transactions, serve as a trusted advisor, and coach junior team members.

• Serve as the day‑to‑day lead on client engagements and oversee end‑to‑end execution of full financing transactions.
• Contribute to deal planning and structuring, and support business development by identifying opportunities and supporting origination efforts.
• Produce and review transaction marketing materials and financial models.
• Prepare and negotiate term sheets, and review full loan agreements.

• You have a strong track record of executing mid‑market transactions, with significant experience in debt advisory and/or banking.
• You possess deep knowledge of debt markets, private credit, and corporate financing structures, and can think strategically and negotiate effectively.
• You demonstrate excellent financial modelling and analytical skills, with strong attention to detail.
• You have strong verbal and written communication skills suitable for senior stakeholders.
• You can build trusted relationships with clients, lenders, and manage teams effectively.
