Are you an experienced Insolvency Manager with expertise in the property sector? Our client, a leading insolvency practice in Manchester, is looking for a skilled Insolvency Manager to work in their property-related insolvency division.
The Role: As an Insolvency Manager specialising in property, you will be responsible for managing complex property insolvency cases, collaborating closely with stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes. This role is instrumental in shaping and implementing effective insolvency strategies.
Responsibilities:
Manage and resolve property insolvency cases efficiently, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations.Assess and analyse property assets, making strategic decisions to maximise returns.Establish strong relationships with real estate professionals, creditors, and other stakeholders.Provide mentorship and guidance to less experienced team members, fostering a culture of professional development.Requirements:
