About the Business:

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of monthly management accounts and analysis of performance against budget and forecast
• Support the budgeting and forecasting process, providing insightful variance analysis
• Partner with operational and commercial teams to provide financial insight and drive performance
• Maintain and reconcile balance sheet accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Assist with cash flow management, cost control, and margin analysis
• Support process improvement initiatives across reporting and systems
• Contribute to year‑end accounts and liaise with external auditors as required

About You:

You’ll be a part‑qualified or newly qualified accountant (ACCA / CIMA / ACA) with strong management accounting experience and a proactive, hands‑on approach. You’ll enjoy getting into the detail while also contributing to commercial decisions and business improvements.

You’ll bring:

• Strong management accounting and reporting experience
• Excellent Excel and analytical skills
• Commercial awareness and the confidence to partner with non‑finance teams
• Desire to work in a fast‑paced, growing tech environment
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to take ownership

The Package:

• Up to £50,000 (depending on experience)
