Senior Animator

Amiqus are currently working with a Greater Manchester based mobile games development studio to help them find a Senior Animator to bring their game characters to life.

As a Senior Animator, you'll craft high-performance animations for characters and objects across the full pipeline - from early concepts and prototypes through to Unity implementation. Your work will define how players experience combat, movement, and character moments that make the gameplay experience highly engaging.

• Strong portfolio or demo reel showcasing character weight, timing, and personality.
• Deep understanding of animation principles - anatomy, weight and movement.
• Expert knowledge of 3DS Max and/or Maya.
• Ability to adapt to different animation styles, from stylised to realistic.
• Experience in implementing assets into Unity.
• Ability to work in a highly collaborative team environment.

This is an onsite role based in Greater Manchester. Although 4-days onsite are a requirement, this studio offers a 4 day working week – meaning you will have every Friday off. On offer is an annual salary of up-to £55k + benefits.
