Customer Service Rep
As a Fan Support Co-ordinator, you’ll be the first point of contact for our supporters, delivering a best-in‑class service across email, telephone, social media and in‑person channels. You’ll support fans across ticketing, memberships, stadium access, digital platforms and more — playing a key role in ensuring every interaction reflects the standards of Manchester City.
This is a fast‑paced, supporter‑focused role within a collaborative and experienced team. Please be aware, we are primarily recruiting on an initial fixed‑term basis
, with the potential for permanent opportunities. We are also keen to build a talent pool for future roles within the team.

Your Impact- Deliver day‑to‑day fan support across multiple contact channels, 7 days per week.
- Resolve ticketing, membership and service enquiries accurately and efficiently.
- Sell fan‑related products through approved sales channels.
- Maintain consistent service standards across all supporter interactions.
- Meet weekly, monthly and seasonal KPI targets.
- Adhere to quality control, validation and compliance procedures.
- Support ongoing engagement with supporter groups and key stakeholders.
- At least 1 year’s experience in a customer sales or service role.
- Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with people at all levels.
- A genuine fan‑focused mindset with excellent service standards.
- Highly organised, able to manage workload under tight deadlines.
- Comfortable working across multiple systems and operational processes.
- Adaptable and open to change within a busy operational environment.
- A collaborative team player who takes pride in delivering accurate, timely support.
This role operates across a 7-day working week
, including matchdays and non‑matchday events, with shifts aligned to operational requirements.
