Being an Assistant Manager means taking the lead in delivering outstanding service while helping to shape the atmosphere that keeps our guests returning time and time again. You’ll support the team with confidence, ensuring smooth operations, warm hospitality, and the kind of experience people love to talk about. Your enthusiasm for great service, practical problem‑solving skills, and ability to bring out the best in others will help uphold the vibrant, seamless service we’re known for.

What You’ll Do:
  • Lead with Positivity:
    Support, guide, and motivate the front‑of‑house team, setting the tone for excellent service and a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Be a Team Player:
    Work closely with the kitchen, bar, and wider management team to maintain strong communication and a united approach.
  • Keep Service Running Smoothly:
    Oversee the restaurant and bar, dealing with any issues quickly and ensuring everything runs efficiently from open to close.
  • Champion the Guest

    Experience:

    Greet guests, handle queries, and ensure every person who walks through the door feels valued and looked after.
  • Support & Develop the Team:
    Help train new starters and encourage the development of existing team members, building a confident, cohesive team.
