• Hourly pay rate of £13.36

  Receive a share of uncapped tips

Are you a natural leader with a passion for poker? We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment to take charge of our poker operations. We’re looking for a confident and experienced Poker Supervisor to bring energy, leadership, and precision to our card room.

In this role, you’ll oversee poker operations, support and guide dealers, and ensure every game runs smoothly, fairly, and in line with regulations. You’ll be the central figure of poker operations – resolving disputes, maintaining compliance, and delivering an exceptional guest experience every time.

• Solid background in poker or table games supervision.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Calm under pressure.
• Attention to detail and passion for customer service.
• Valid Personal Functional Licence (PFL) – preferred.
• Strong understanding of gaming compliance and procedures.
