Are you good with numbers and have a keen eye for detail? As a Cashier at Grosvenor Casino, you’ll manage transactions quickly and efficiently, ensuring the cash desk operation runs smoothly so customers can enjoy their gaming experience.
Maintaining customer confidentiality is vital, and you’ll provide first‑class customer service, requiring high integrity as well as strong emotional intelligence and social skills.
You’ll work alongside a supportive team and gain the skills needed to progress to Head Cashier.
Responsibilities- Handle chips and cash with high numerical accuracy, ensuring the cash desk always balances.
- Apply legislation relating to the cash desk and pass the cash desk competency test.
- Communicate efficiently with customers and team members, meeting their needs promptly.
- Attention to detail and high numerical accuracy.
- Understanding of cash desk legislation and competency.
- Strong social and communication skills.
