About the business

Based in the heart of Manchester, Betable Group brings together Betable, Grace Media, New Shore, and APIS Gaming to form a fast-growing iGaming and payments ecosystem.

We combine deep industry expertise with a strong focus on innovation to deliver high-quality online gaming experiences across more than 100 casino and bingo sites worldwide.

Players sit at the centre of everything we do. From secure payments and responsible gaming to engaging content and reliable customer support, our teams work across marketing, compliance, account management, finance, risk, and operations to deliver safe and seamless experiences. Collaboration, creativity, and social responsibility underpin our approach to operating and growing.

The role

We are looking for a Sports book CRM Executive to take the next step in their career and play a hands‑on role in delivering our Sports book CRM activities.

Reporting into the Head of CRM, you will support the planning, execution, and optimisation of Sports book CRM campaigns, while also contributing to cross‑sell activity into Casino. This is an execution focused role with increasing ownership, exposure to performance metrics, and close alignment with sporting calendars and major fixtures.

Who this role suits

This role is ideal for someone who already has CRM experience and is ready to step into a position with more responsibility and impact. You will be directly involved in delivering campaigns that drive engagement, retention, and value across our Sports book product, while learning how CRM performance ties into wider commercial outcomes.

Campaign delivery

  • Deliver campaigns from the Sports book CRM calendar, aligned to key fixtures, product launches, and seasonal sporting moments.

  • Build and execute multi channel campaigns across email, SMS, push, and onsite placements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

  • Organise and maintain onsite Sports book banners and promotional content, keeping all areas current and aligned with the agreed campaign plan.

  • Support Casino cross sell activity by leveraging major sporting events, player behaviour, and CRM insights.

Quality, collaboration, and execution

  • Conduct thorough QA checks across all campaigns, ensuring links, salients, and terms and conditions are correct prior to go live.

  • Work closely with Sports book, Product, and Design teams to ensure assets are delivered on time and to specification.

  • Maintain clear ownership of campaign setup, delivery, and post launch checks.

Performance and optimisation

  • Monitor campaign performance and produce regular reporting with clear, actionable recommendations.

  • Apply CRM best practices across segmentation, targeting, testing, and personalisation to drive continual improvement.

Essential Skills and Experience
  • Previous experience in a CRM role, ideally within iGaming or another fast paced consumer business.

  • Strong interest in sport, with awareness of major leagues, fixtures, and customer behaviour around sporting events.

  • Hands on experience delivering campaigns across email, SMS, push, and onsite channels.

  • Confident using Excel or Google Sheets for reporting, segmentation, and campaign tracking.

  • Comfortable working with content management systems to update banners and onsite content.

  • Strong attention to detail and copywriting skills, with an understanding of compliance requirements, including salients and terms and conditions.

  • Highly organised and analytical, able to manage multiple campaigns while identifying opportunities for optimisation.

  • Familiarity with Optimove or similar CRM platforms is advantageous but not essential.

Working Hours and Location
  • 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

  • Manchester based role, with attendance in the office two days per week.
