Who are we looking for?

The role of Ethernet Customer Support Advisor will encompass a range of key customer service activities providing support to channel partners across a range of Ethernet products.

What will you be doing day-to-day?
  • Order placing
  • Responding to customer contacts through a wide array of communication methods.
  • Collaborating with wider Gamma teams, including sales, sales support, project management, and operational teams.
  • Liaise with our external suppliers for pricing and support where needed.
What you’ll need
  • You will be an excellent team player with a proactive mindset, with a passion for working together as a team to achieve goals.
  • You will thrive in an environment where you are trusted to be work smart and work hard without micromanagement.
  • You will have excellent IT skills, as well as a familiarity with general customer service handling & CRM systems.
  • You’ll have an outgoing and welcoming personality, able to adapt to differing customer groups at ease, taking pride in always providing a first‑class customer experience.
  • Ideally, you’ll have previous experience in supporting business customers within the commercial world.
  • You will be responsive to change, operating within a fast‑paced Wholesale/Business telecoms environment.
  • You will be a confident self‑starter able to manage and organise your work autonomously.
  • You’ll have a strong eye for detail, taking pride in tasks being completed both efficiently and effectively.
