Product Manager – Gambling

Express Recruitment are delighted to be working in partnership with a global leader in gaming technology and interactive entertainment, who are recruiting a Product Manager to join their innovative Virtual Sports division, based in their Manchester office.

The successful candidate will possess experience in product management, ideally within gaming, sports or digital entertainment, with the strategic mindset and drive needed to support the continued growth of a world-leading product portfolio. You’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering virtual sports products used by millions of players worldwide, working closely with senior stakeholders and cross‑functional teams. The ability to manage complex product life cycles, build relationships, and represent the product in client‑facing situations is essential.

• Take ownership of the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch and ongoing enhancement
• Maintain and enhance the product roadmap, aligning with overall product strategy
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and user stories
• Lead regular triage calls and coordinate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality products
• Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify product opportunities
• Represent the product in client meetings, demos and pitch sessions
• Collaborate with leadership, engineering, design and commercial teams to ensure successful delivery

• Experience in a similar product management role, ideally within gaming, sports, digital entertainment, gambling or similar
• Ability to manage complex product roadmaps and life cycles
• Stakeholder management and ability to confidently represent products to clients
• Experience working cross‑functionally with engineering, design and commercial teams
• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans
• Proactive mindset, communication skills and a drive for delivering high‑impact products
