Junior CAD Technician

As a Junior CAD Technician, you will play a key role in supporting engineers and senior technicians across a range of development and infrastructure projects. You will gain practical experience using CAD software while working closely with a tight‑knit engineering team.
Responsibilities- Producing and assisting with technical drawings using AutoCAD or similar drafting software
- Supporting engineers and senior technicians with design and project documentation
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across the development engineering team
- Assisting with multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail
- Updating drawings and technical information as projects develop
- Communicating effectively with colleagues to ensure project requirements are met
- A T‑Level in Civil Engineering or a similar engineering‑related qualification
- Awareness or basic experience using AutoCAD or similar CAD software
- A strong attention to detail and ability to work across multiple tasks
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop technical skills
- Any relevant work experience would be beneficial but is not essential

This role is based in Walkden, Greater Manchester, working full‑time hours of 37.5 hours per week (9:00am - 5:30pm).
