A large facilities management organization is looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer to target PPM tasks and ensure quality maintenance. The role requires NVQ Levels 2 & 3 in Electrical Installation and experience in HVAC maintenance and fault finding. You will be responsible for logbook updates, supervision of subcontractors, and responding to reactive maintenance calls. The position offers a salary of £40,000 plus a variety of benefits including life cover, gym discounts, and 24 days annual leave.
