Due to continued growth, they are now looking to appoint a MEP Technician to support the delivery of complex projects and contribute to the wider design team. As a Senior MEP Technician, you’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality MEP models and drawings using AutoCAD. You’ll work closely with in-house Engineers and external design teams, contributing to the successful delivery of coordinated design packages across a variety of projects.

• Develop MEP models and produce coordinated drawings using AutoCAD
• Maintain and apply design standards and best practices
• Assist in implementing design processes and workflows across the business
• Support Engineers with design coordination, clash detection, and drawing outputs
• Attend and contribute to design coordination meetings across disciplines
• Work to project deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy

• Proven experience as a Building Services Technician within a consultancy or contractor environment
• Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD
• Ability to coordinate MEP services with structural and architectural teams
• Comfortable liaising with engineers, architects, and wider project stakeholders
• A proactive attitude and strong communication skills
• Passion for quality design and continuous improvement in digital delivery
