Full-time / Permanent Salary: £70,000 - £80,000  Benefits About the Role We are seeking a skilled Electrical Estimator to produce accurate and competitive cost estimates for electrical services within MEP projects. The role is key in ensuring tender submissions are commercially robust, technically accurate, and strategically competitive.

Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed electrical estimates for tender submissions. Analyse design drawings, specifications, and scope documents to develop accurate costings. Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations. Conduct value-engineering exercises to enhance bid competitiveness. Support post-tender reviews and handovers to project delivery teams. Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of electrical systems, materials, and current pricing trends. About You You are a detail-oriented and commercially aware estimating professional with strong knowledge of electrical systems.

You have a proven ability to deliver accurate, competitive estimates and work collaboratively with design, procurement, and delivery teams. Qualifications & Experience Extensive experience in electrical estimating within MEP or building services projects. Strong understanding of tender processes, cost control, and value engineering. Excellent analytical, communication, and organisational skills. Proficiency with estimating software and tools (Cypher is preferable). Why Join Us?
