Our program uniquely combines technical expertise with professional development through two enriching learning journeys. You'll dive into hands‑on experiences alongside our industry‑leading teams, equipping you with the essential skills and knowledge to thrive in your engineering career.

From day one, you'll benefit from a personalised on‑the‑job training plan tailored to the HV department. This approach will not only allow you to apply your technical knowledge in real‑world settings but also provide ongoing support from experienced professionals.

You’ll actively contribute to a variety of projects, gaining invaluable experience every step of the way. We are also committed to enhancing your essential soft skills, ensuring you develop a well‑rounded skill set that complements your technical abilities with effective communication, collaboration, and leadership.

• Producing deliverables associated with the design and build of complex Overhead Line Projects. These will be produced for some of the main high voltage transmission and distribution clients in the UK and abroad, covering both contractors and asset owners.
• Contributing to the preparation of enquiry plans, tender reviews, fee estimate sheets, scope of work documents and change control documentation as required.
• Developing an understanding of CDM regulations and applying the requirements in all design work.

• Achieving a relevant engineering degree, such as Civil/Structural, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
